Westlake Mall is off of Pike Street. 
My recipe is:  Freeze thoroughly. Wait for 28, then ride to Pike. Walk 4 blocks. Thaw to room temperature.

The shops are very elegant.
The food court wasn't the usual mall grouping. The branding was new to me.
I seriously think Seattle's diversities in businesses makes it stand out.
The only exception seems to be Starbucks, which seems to be everywhere..
