We don't have them because nobody really cares about energy waste, the atmosphere, the burning of fossil fuels, or nuclear power. People like to complain, but nobody's thinking. If we can't get huge corporations to change the world for us, if they are stuck in a money making groove, then we should take things into our own hands.
